TippyToes Stantonbury Nursery Milton Keynes
Our experienced and well trained childcare staff at TippyToes

Our history

Our beautiful farm house setting has been in the family of TippyToes' owner Hannah Simms for Three generations. It provides a unique, homely and relaxed environment and the building retains all its charm and original features.

The farm house has been a childminding setting since July 2010 and TippyToes Stantonbury Childcare became a registered nursery in April 2011. Since opening as a day nursery we have expanded from one play room to two and we are soon to open our pre-school 'Roaring Lions' room in 2012.

During the conversion to a day nursery various improvements have been made, including the provision of a car park, a toddler toilet room and the development of our outdoor space. Our attractive and secure gardens now include four play areas which include lawns, a nature area and an area with a rubber safety surface.

The TippyToes family continues to grow and we have a maximum capacity for 57 children aged between 3 months and 5 years. Our priority is to ensure that TippyToes feels homely and relaxed to provide a smooth transition for children who have been used to being at home.

Our staff

All TippyToes Stantonbury Nursery staff members are CRB cleared and references are followed up prior to employment. They attend regular training courses to keep their skills up to date.

Our Seniors have many years of childcare experience in addition to a Level 3 or above childcare qualification and are supported by qualified Nursey Practitioners and Nursery Nurses. Nearly every member of staff holds a valid First Aid certificate and is working towards the attainment of additional relevant qualifications.

We also have an experienced cook with a certificate in Food Hygiene and we have one member of office support staff.
